Nestor Nestoros
Founder and Managing Director Born in Famagusta, Cyprus in 1958, Mr. Nestor Nestoros started his company, Asoted Services Limited, in Limassol in 1990. Asoted Services Limited specialises in providing company management services in the field of international business. The company now has 25 employees. Mr. Nestoros has branched out into real estate, and is also a participant and board member in a number of turbo-charger workshops situated around the world. Over the years, he has been actively involved in the shipping business, from ship management to ship financing, including ownership and participatory ownership of vessels. Mr. Nestoros is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Cyprus Shipping Council, and the Famagusta Chamber of Commerce and he has also been a member of the local committee of Germanischer Lloyd, Cyprus. Mr. Nestoros is the Deputy Registrar of the Belize Ship Registry. He is married with two children. Suzanne Kalogreades Director, Head of the Administration team Mrs Kalogreades joined Asoted Services Limited in 1991 as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. In 1998 she joined the Board of Directors having gained extensive knowledge in the field of corporate services. Mrs Kalogreades was born in Torquay, England – she is married and has two sons. Panicos Papamichael, BSc, FCCA Financial Manager Having completed his training with KPMG Cyprus, Mr. Papamichael joined the company in 2000 as Financial Manager. He is a member of UK's Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. George C. Athanassiou, FCCA George trained with Beecham's, a London audit firm and is a qualified accountant, member of the UK's Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He returned to Cyprus in 1992 where he has since held senior positions with international companies engaged in Ship management, Travel, Tour Operating and Investment holding.
